1. The seller
The checkout identifies the football Club responsible for the ticket, membership or event. That Club is normally the seller and event organiser; Clubhouse supplies the transaction technology. Contact details and any event-specific rules should be reviewed before payment.
2. Review before ordering
Before placing an order, check the event, date, venue, ticket category, quantity, buyer details, full price, currency and payment method. Checkout must provide an opportunity to correct mistakes or withdraw before payment. An order is complete only after confirmed payment and issuance of an order confirmation or ticket.
3. Buyer-requested cancellations
Tickets for a sporting or leisure event on a specific date are generally final once issued, except where event-specific terms or mandatory law provide otherwise. A change of mind, travel problem, inability to attend, loss of a QR code after sharing it, or ejection for violating venue rules does not automatically qualify for a refund. Membership and subscription cancellation affects future access or renewal and does not ordinarily refund a period already started, unless the offer or law says otherwise.
4. Cancelled, postponed or materially changed events
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, the selling Club will offer the remedy required by law and its published event terms, normally a refund of the ticket’s face value and any fee expressly stated to be refundable. If postponed or moved, the ticket normally remains valid for the new arrangement; the Club will state whether a refund window applies. Incidental costs such as travel, accommodation or mobile-data charges are not reimbursed unless mandatory law requires it.
5. Duplicate, invalid and unauthorised tickets
A refunded or cancelled ticket is revoked. A code already used, duplicated, forged, resold without permission or obtained through fraud may be rejected without refund. Keep your code private. If you believe a valid ticket was rejected incorrectly, preserve the order confirmation and contact the selling Club promptly.
6. How to request a refund
Use the refund control shown with your order where available, or contact the selling Club. Provide the order reference, buyer email, event, reason and requested remedy. Do not send card numbers or mobile-money PINs. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route where practicable. Provider and bank processing times may apply; the Club should communicate the expected period and status.
7. Failed or duplicate payment
If payment is debited but no order is confirmed, or the same transaction is charged twice, contact the Club with the provider reference. We and the Club may verify status with the payment provider before issuing a ticket or refund. A pending authorisation that the provider later reverses is not a completed charge.
8. Statutory rights and complaints
Nothing in this policy removes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Send platform-related complaints to admin@digitaldignifiedsolutions.com; event and admission complaints should first go to the selling Club. Include enough information to investigate without sending sensitive payment credentials.
